Valerie with Jess

 Hi! I’m Valerie. I’m the mom of Jess (16) and Joey (13.) They are both musicians and play multiple instruments. I love going to their performances and listening to them play at home. I have no musical abilities, so I just enjoy the show.

I’m also a counselor. I work with many teens and sometimes their parents. The hardest part of my life was being a teenager, so I have a heart for those who are currently in that stage. One thing I remember was feeling like there was no adult I could turn to for help or support.
